As the current Coronavirus crisis continues, many automotive companies are taking necessary steps to ensure that current and prospective customers are able to afford their automotive needs. Mazda is one of a number of great automotive manufacturers that are taking steps to help their customers during this very difficult time in our country by offering financial relief and incentives to customers.
Here at Frank Boucher Mazda of Racine, we are proud to be a Mazda dealership, and the steps Mazda has taken recently make us even more proud! The staff here, and in all of our Boucher Automotive Group dealerships, has been working tirelessly to ensure that our customers are well taken care of during this crisis. Let’s explore what incentives and financial relief Mazda has available for customers together!
Current owners of Mazda vehicles who financed their vehicle through Mazda Capital Services are able to receive some financial assistance during the Coronavirus crisis. Those customers who are still able to make their payments as normal should continue doing so. If, however, you are impacted by the current crisis and unable to continue making payments, then you should contact us directly to inquire about payment and lease extensions. A 90-day payment extension is available for leases and loans, along with a 6-month lease term extension as well. There are also a number of convenient ways to make payments as well. Contact our staff directly for more information.
Along with the financial assistance we just highlighted, Mazda is offering a few incentives for new Mazda vehicle customers. Customers who purchase select new Mazda vehicles and finance with Mazda Capital Services can delay their first monthly payments for 90 days and also finance at 0.9% APR for 60 months. A $1,500 Mazda Loyalty Reward is also available to current Mazda owners who are looking to upgrade to a new Mazda model. Please contact the staff here at Frank Boucher Mazda of Racine with any specific questions you have about these financing incentives.
Each Mazda dealership is also taking special steps to ensure that our customers and employees are as safe as possible when they visit us in person. The Frank Boucher Mazda of Racine service center remains open and a number of protocols are in place to limit the spread of the Coronavirus. Showrooms are open at some Mazda dealerships, but the digital showrooms are also available for customers to explore 24/7 as well.
Please contact our staff here at Frank Boucher Mazda of Racine with any specific questions regarding how we are managing the current Coronavirus crisis. We will do the best that we can to ensure a safe shopping environment for all of our customers!
