I started coming to Frank Boucher Mazda in 2018 when the Mazda dealer near my home at the time closed. I've been very happy with this decision, and especially recently with the purchase of a new 2026 CX-5! I purchased a 2026 Mazda CX-50 today. Yesterday I went to Boucher Mazda and was greeted by Ethan Bradford. We went to his desk and had great conversation about me and my desires in a vehicle. We talked about what I’m planning to use the vehicle for as well as well as how much I drive. It was a great conversation to break the ice and he was very respectful and not pushy at all. After talking, he went and got the CX-50 that I was interested in and he went over it with me before we went on a test drive. This was all being done with Ethan knowing that I wasn’t purchasing it yesterday. I was going to test drive a CRV also before making my decision. When we got back, we sat down and went over some numbers that were very impressive. I then left and went to test drive the CRV. Today I messaged Ethan and asked him if it would be ok to take another test drive with my son. He responded quickly and there was no problem. When we got there, the vehicle was parked right by the door ready to test drive. Ethan again greeted us in the parking lot and did an overview of the vehicle to my son. Then we went on a nice test drive with Ethan and he some of the details to us. When we got back he asked if there was anything he could do to put me in that CX-50 without being pressured at all. After talking with my son, I told him what I would like. He talked to management and it was ok’d and I approved the deal. Ethan got the paperwork started and all of that was done with respect from the staff at Boucher Mazda. After the paperwork was done, Ethan again took the time to really explain the whole inside of the vehicle because there is so much to learn. I hate the car buying process. I hate dealerships in general, hate the hassle, hate the sale tactics, hate sitting in dealerships for hours at a time, hate all of it. It is why I rarely buy new vehicles because I dislike the process so much. But, we all need a new vehicle sometimes. We went in to actually look at a used car. We met Bryan, he was helpful, not pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, answered our questions, no BS. We ended up going with a new car. We sat at Bryan's desk for maybe 45 minutes to go through the initial process. We were bringing our own financing which we needed to arrange. We planned to return in a couple of days to do the deal. We showed up a couple of days later, our car sat out front all ready to go. We signed a few documents that were ready to go, exchanged the check, got the keys, did a quick walk through on some basics and were out the door - whole process took about 30 minutes. Quick and painless. Dealerships are dealership but I appreciated the ease and brevity of the transaction. I really appreciated Bryan, he did a great job of being helpful without being a pain in the butt...... Thanks Bryan.

My experience was great. I would like to give a shout out to Alyssa Schramm. Alyssa was very patient and informative. I feel she was very helpful and attentive to my concerns. She is also being helpful in getting me acquainted with my new ride.

Alyssa was our sales woman for the purchase of our Mazda CX-90. She has a bubbly personality and was pleasant to work with. The whole process took several hours from start to finish and multiple trips. Gabriel the finance manager was great to work with he was quick and efficient. Hani the general manager was pleasant as well.

Alyssa S was absolutely amazing! She is very attentive and personable. I did not feel pressured or rushed in my decision making. She was very helpful and answered all of the questions that I had.

I've gotta say, I had a great experience buying my car at Frank Boucher Mazda. Went to the Dealership to purchase myself a new Mazda 3 Manual, I figured it was going to be a rough process (hard to find car, hard to find colors & they were the only dealership locally with one). She found me the perfect vehicle for a great price. Kevin in finance was great to work with smooth and easy process! Would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them!

Just bought my Mazda 3 from here and overall had a really great experience. Raven was awesome to work with. I just purchased a 2025 Mazda CX-5 from the Frank Boucher Mazda of Racine. The team gave me nothing but their best. Bryan was very friendly and knowledgeable and had no issues doing everything over text and email, which was easier for me. Even when they didn't have my preferred color in stock, they didn't want me to settle on a different color were able to locate a CX-5 Premium Plus in the Machine Gray Metallic color I wanted. Not only did they go pick it up from another location, they were able to beat competing offers. I highly recommend Bryan and his team at the Racine location.

I recently went in to look at a new CX-30, but ultimately went with a new CX-5 which I am currently loving so far. Big props to Ethan for being my salesman and making my first new car purchase as easy and low stress as possible. Very attentive to your needs and wants in a car and is also extremely knowledgeable about what he sells.

I highly recommend anyone looking at a Mazda to go talk to Raven. He was super helpful, easy to deal with and very understanding of my situation. Unfortunately, I had to buy a used vehicle instead of the new Mazda that him and I were working a deal on because of some life circumstances. But if things were different I definitely would have bought that vehicle. I really enjoyed my experience working with Raven.

Had an overall great experience. Ethan the sales representative was very attentive and considerate in what we were looking for in a car not just with functionality but affordability as well. The financial department made it easy and stress free in securing a loan. Would recommend to family and friends.

LT is a wonderful salemen and was willing to get me the best and fairest price. He made purchasing a vehicle smooth and seemless. Would highly recommend working with LT for your next vehicle purchase! He was willing to accommodate being from out of state and was very pleasant to speak with. I have worked with many salemens before, however, LT is one of the best! Would definitely purchase another vehicle from him in the future!

Excellent customer service, and the staff stayed after hours to make sure I got the car l wanted, same-day. LT (Latavius Thomas) was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured or neglected during the purchasing process.

Happy we found this dealership. Bryan and the entire staff were always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! We have already referred someone to him.

My headlamp was making noises. They got me in immediately. They replaced it. They also found a cracked oil pan that was covered under warranty. They gave me a loaner car for the day. They were efficient, kind, and professional. I felt like they were very trustworthy. Chris Miller is always fantastic to work with, so were the three ladies.

L.T and crew were phenomenal, worked with my extremely limited fianaces and got me the truck I wanted. Left with a new truck and a smile from the team! Highly recommend!
