After the test drive the sales rep (LT) showed me the price of the car with an added on $4,000 warranty that was completely unnecessary. Have a Kia telluride …. Scheduled an oil change …. Went to frank Boucher Kia since I have a Kia ! After 20 minute wait they say you’re at wrong dealership go to Boucher Mazda ! I don’t have a Mazda go there anyway ! Off I go … get there and wait … talk to service rep gave me my options I choose one and a wash was included ! Asked rep please make sure it gets washed ! Managers and financial people were dishonest All the way. I did all the work to get the car We need, it was a lot to get the price, terms and fees to line up. Every attempt you can imagine to get the price higher by thousands was made by these people. With the four week of shopping and learning We did, helped some but they still have their ways. Love the Mazda, Hate the buying experience.

Drove almost a 100 miles to buy 2 cars and my daughter bought an SUV all in the last few months. Chad Mulholland is a great manager and introduced me to Almer Croox to be my salesman. Both of these guys made it not only an easy transaction but enjoyable. It was actually fun buying cars from these gentlemen. I'm sure I will be back to purchase cars again.

Definitely recommend Boucher Mazda in Racine. I went to several dealerships in the area and they were the best. They had more options on the lot for the new car I was interested in – I didn’t have to order what I wanted – than other places. Also the salesman, Almer Croox, was great. He was very nice and didn’t pressure me while I was there. I got a great car from them, a place and process you should absolutely give a try.

Worst experience ever! Ordered the car from Japan with extra add-ons. The car arrived with none of the add-ons. I have already received the statement for my first car payment, but have not yet received all the add ons that I ordered. I call on a regular basis to see if they have come in, get blown off by their parts department. Sales staff say they will look into it and get back to me. all I hear is crickets. Now when I call to check on the status all I ever get is voicemail, never a live person. Amazing ...

My daughter tried to buy a car at this dealership. They declined to take her check. The salesperson and the finance person said that it was because she was so young. Then they asked me if I had my checkbook. It was a clear case of age discrimination. I would never buy from this dealership.

Great customer service with a minimum of the car buying dance that makes car shopping so unpleasant for most. Car I was interested in was available and ready when I arrived for a test drive. The paperwork for the final purchase- I did not finance- was completed in less time than it took me to drink a cup of coffee. I was very impressed.

Things are different this year for sure, but our car buying experience was great. After shopping around by phone, I worked with Scott Westbrook who gave me the best price. He was very responsive and helpful. The website is great too. Car details and even the window sticker are all available on their web site. The actual sale was very efficient and took advantage of technology to streamline the process. I'm sure you can get copies of all the paperwork but I left with just a thumb drive! I love my new CX-30!

We drive down from Appleton looking to purchase one of two vehicles we found on the website. Both vehicles were warmed up and ready to test drive. John Huey was very polite and easy to work with. Darrell Adkisson was our sales person. He was very attentive and patient, not pushy. Very knowledgeable about Mazda and the model we were interested in. Had a couple follow up items to coordinate, and he was very on top of them even though the big purchase was over. Highly recommend.

One. One star only. First visit to Boucher Mazda for service with our 2016 Mazda CX3 for oil change and tire rotation at the end of 2017. Seemed like nice folks and probably are. However, without asking, Boucher took it upon themselves to add and charge me for Full Synthetic Oil. With tire rotation and oil change the bill totaled over $80. Shame on you Boucher. I would not recommend taking a vehicle to this dealership unless you have a warranty on your vehicle. My Mazda's bluetooth stopped working and I took it in to get looked at. When I arrived there was a $150 fee to diagnose the issue that would be charged if I didn't go with the repair. When I asked about this over the phone they didn't mention it. After they looked at my car they said it would be around $600 to fix the problem and that they would need to order a part for it. I asked them if ...
